Dionne Watkins
Psychologist
Dionne Watkins is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (First Class Honours) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Science (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). In a therapeutic capacity, Dionne has worked for Non-Government Organisations, in private practice and for NHS England.
Dionne works with adults, adolescents, and couples, offering support for a wide range of mental health concerns drawing on evidence-based interventions—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies—tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Dionne is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and committed to ongoing professional development to ensure she delivers the highest standard of care.
Above all, Dionne believes therapy should be a safe, supportive, and empowering space where individuals and couples feel understood, respected, and equipped with tools for lasting change.
